Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account at ajker khela, you must be at least 18 years old and a legally recognized citizen or resident of Bangladesh. Each individual may create only one account — creating multiple accounts will result in permanent closure of those accounts and any associated balances may be forfeited. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in withdrawal and other activities being suspended until account verification is complete. You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Transactions
All financial transactions on the platform will be conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and must be made through approved payment methods. Deposits are generally credited to your account as quickly as possible; however, ajker khela is not responsible for delays caused by banks or mobile financial services. Withdrawal requests will be processed only after the verification process is complete and will be sent within the specified timeframe. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted, and suspicious transactions may be reported in accordance with anti-money laundering policies. If unusual activity is detected in any transaction, the account will be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
Bonus & Promotion Rules
Each bonus offer is tied to specific wagering requirements and validity periods, which are clearly stated on the promotions page. Meeting the designated betting requirements is mandatory before withdrawing from a bonus balance. Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information will result in cancellation of all associated benefits and closure of the account. Bonus offers not used within the specified period will be automatically cancelled upon expiry. ajker khela reserves the right to modify bonus terms or discontinue promotions at any time.
Prohibited Activities & Security
Fraudulent activity, use of software bots, manipulation, or any form of hacking attempt on the platform is strictly prohibited. Demeaning other members, disclosing personal information, or harassment is also completely prohibited and will result in permanent account closure. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted from your account, so if you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify support immediately. Attempting to modify the platform's system or code without authorization may result in legal action. To ensure a fair gaming environment, ajker khela reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take necessary measures.
Amendments & Dispute Resolution
Ajker khela reserves the right to partially or fully modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. You will be notified of significant changes via your registered email or through platform notifications. If a dispute arises, you should first contact the support team to seek a resolution. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with applicable laws and jurisdiction in Bangladesh. Our support team is always ready to assist with any questions or complaints.
